Everything Comes With the Bike
No hidden fees. No nickel-and-diming. The bike shows up ready to ride the kind of trip you came here to do.
Unlimited mileage
Ride as far as you want for as long as you have the bike. No per-kilometer fees. No "did I go too far?" math at the end of the day.
Real adventure luggage. Already mounted.
Mosko Moto and AltRider luggage systems on every bike. Quality bags built for the kind of riding you came here to do — no bungee cords, no duct tape, no "where do I strap this?"
Motoz tires — pick the rubber your route needs
Motoz are the best dual-sport tires we've ever ridden. Natural rubber that grips wet Inca cobblestone like nothing else on the market — we've put thousands of miles on them in Ecuador's worst conditions and they keep proving us right. As the official Ecuador importer, we keep every tread pattern in stock. Pick what your route actually needs. And if you fall in love with them on the trip, you can take a set home with you.
Crash protection — built in-house
Full-coverage crash bars and heavy-duty skid plates on every bike, built in our own shop from stainless steel tubing — not painted-steel imports that scratch and need repainting after every fall. A spill usually takes nothing more than light sanding to look new. And if anything ever does bend, we straighten it ourselves — no waiting on parts shipped from Germany. Even the rearview mirrors are DoubleTakes: designed to fold, not snap. More on our crash protection approach →
A local phone with our number on speed dial
We hand you a pre-paid local phone with our team's number and key route contacts already saved. No SIM swaps, no roaming bills — and when you've got signal, we're one tap away.
Free tolls + tire repair kit
Electronic toll transponder for the Panamerican (no stopping for change). Tire repair kit and 12V compressor in the bag (a flat doesn't end your day). The small stuff handled before you even ask.
If Something Goes Wrong, We're Already Moving
A rental is freedom — not abandonment. We've built a support network that scales with the size of the country.
24-hour phone support
Day, night, weekend, holiday. Someone you can reach — not a voicemail box.
We come to where you are
If something on the bike can't be fixed where you are, we dispatch a support truck out to you with parts, tools, and — if it comes to it — a replacement bike.
The Vacation Guarantee
If your bike has a mechanical breakdown, we'll get a replacement to you so the trip doesn't stop. That's the advantage of running South America's largest fleet — we always have a spare. It's a formal commitment we put in writing, and one smaller operators simply can't make because they don't have the bikes to back it up.
Test-ridden before you get the keys
A certified technician takes every bike for a ride before the next rental, usually that same morning. You're not the first person on the bike that day. The keys don't get handed over until somebody has signed off on it.
We trust you with the keys. We've also got your back.
Our Maintenance Philosophy
The reason every bike rolls out of our door ready to ride isn't a service schedule. It's a workshop — and the people, tools, and standard behind it.
Keeping a 50+ bike adventure rental fleet in trip-ready shape isn't something you can outsource. So we don't. We've built a full-service maintenance facility inside our Quito shop — bigger than some standalone motorcycle dealerships — and it's the reason every bike that goes out is ready to ride the trip you came here for.
Four working bays. Three hydraulic bike lifts. The same Texa computer diagnostics that BMW, Honda, and KTM use to service their newest models in their own dealer networks. A separate welding center where we build our own crash bars, skid plates, and luggage racks from scratch. And a dedicated suspension partnership with Racetech — the team that, literally, wrote the bible on suspension tuning.
Walk into our Quito compound and the workshop is the first thing you see. That's by design. We built it to be visible — neat, organized, proud of itself — because every rider should be able to see exactly where their bike comes from. By the time you're handed a set of keys, that bike has already been there: inspected, serviced, signed off by a certified technician. A significant investment in space, tools, and people. And the only way we know how to do this right.

Yes, We Have Some Gear. Here's the Honest Story.
"What gear do you guys have?" is one of the questions we get most. So here's the straight answer.
Yes — we keep a stash of riding gear at the shop. Jackets, gloves, boots, pants. But it's not a full rental gear program. It's used gear, mostly donated by riders at the end of their trips, when they look at their jacket and say "this thing is done — want it?"
We almost always say yes. Over the years, that's added up to a real collection: a rotating mix of donated gear that can save the day when something goes sideways.
It's not new. It's not fashionable. It's not guaranteed to fit. But it's functional, it's free to use, and it's there for the riders who need it.
Riding with friends? 5% off for 2+ motorcycles. 10% off for 4+. Applied automatically when you book together.
You'll wake up with no schedule. You'll find a road that wasn't on the map. You'll come back with stories that start with "I wasn't expecting…"
That's the point.
